I am a long-time software developer that also has experience in a business analyst/project manager/QA role. I possess a strong mix of "soft" skills that enables me to communicate successfully with business users at multiple levels of the organization and perform various business analyst and small project management tasks. My development background enables me to successfully interact with experienced and new developers.In the last year I re-invented myself by diving headlong into Salesforce.
