I am a contractor & subcontractor working under the guidance and tutelage of Justin Lange & Matthew Chan. Collectively their level of achievements are Builder, Broker, Realtor, Appraiser, and Mechanic. Together we provide property maintenance, property management (under development), comps, MLS listings, tax appeals (filing and representations), and consultations. I have aspired to learn all I can in hope to one day make partner. To put it all in perspective my 1st job was washing walls in a turnover for $10 hr. Now I'm the office manager dispatching technicians to complete work request from landlords. I am currently seeking people with a good heart (must care about helping others), truck or van with your own tools (must have a awesome attitude and drive to complete your work and make customers happy), and a skill set (must be knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, roofing, and or HVAC). You need to know home repairs and property maintenance from repairing a leak in a roof to replacing and or clearing clogged drains / pipes under homes.
