Consistently demonstrated leading numbers of resolved helpdesk tickets and helped train new users to better self serve, thereby reducing the amount of incoming tickets.

Development and maintenance of internal network of 40+ PCs and laptops with operating systems ranging from Windows 95 to XP. Limited responsibility for a single Windows NT server. Internal network consisted of a single Linksys router and a Dlink wireless router interfaced with two 24-port Netgear switches, with internet access through a single ADSL connection. Also, served as Assistant Production Manager, responsible for updating and maintaining production equipment inventory in two warehouses.
