Once company and roles were communicated to the employees, we all pulled up our sleeves and began the hard road to splitting the plans. Thomas’ manager would go to the new company and he was staying at Kraft. With this news Thomas knew that he needed to learn some of his new role as well as some of his manager’s job in order to transition if needed to his new manager once they were hired. He never complained and even though this would be unknown territory for him, he was willing to take on the challenge. You know when he says he will complete a task and also go the extra mile to ensure that the process is smoother next time.
