He worked with his manager to not only transfer the past vendors, but also work to consolidate and streamline the previous processes for a more efficient result. When Kraft announced they would split into two separate companies in late 2011, we all became nervous of not only our jobs, but the work load that would ensue. Once company and roles were communicated to the employees, we all pulled up our sleeves and began the hard road to splitting the plans. Thomas’ manager would go to the new company and he was staying at Kraft. With this news Thomas knew that he needed to learn some of his new role as well as some of his manager’s job in order to transition if needed to his new manager once they were hired. He never complained and even though this would be unknown territory for him, he was willing to take on the challenge. It a lot when someone can say that your character speaks volumes about you, Thomas has that. You know when he says he will complete a task and also go the extra mile to ensure that the process is smoother next time. His face gives off that he is youthful, but his presence and contributions to his work exhibits a far greater age.
