Responsible for the team of project managers in a growing organization. Utilizes the use of best practices for projects, client onboarding, communications and documentation. Works with the client and internal teams to define scope and gather requirements. Ensures everyone on the team understands timelines, requirements, scope, and deliverables are completed with the highest level of client satisfaction. Anticipate and facilitate the resolution of potential problems, while handling unexpected issues should they arise.

Responsible for multiple on-premise and cloud-based systems running Windows and Linux. These responsibilities include the ownership of the roadmap, development, budget, compliance, and performance of those systems. I work closely with vendors, operations, legal, security and other local and global resources to achieve best in class performance and features at a reasonable cost.-Initiated and led the migration of a custom application to Windows, saving $700K annually-Planned and led an infrastructure rationalization project that reduced costs by 66%, while improving performance and availability-Hold a leadership position in the preparation and readiness for various PII related regulations including the EU GDPR and Philippines DPA-Led a project to identify a solution, obtain legal approval, negotiate an MSA, develop and integrate an emerging technology product with the existing CRM. The resulting implementation of the solution increased agent to customer contact by nearly 600%- Led successful projects that transitioned from a legacy Sales Force Automation system to new vendor solutions. The project included business case creation/approval, RFI and RFP process, contract negotiations, requirements gathering, software development, data migration, training, and continued support for approximately 450 users. Project was delivered on time and under budget.- Co-managed an email migration of approximately 6000 customer facing agent accounts to Exchange 2010 from Exchange 5.5 and 2003. The majority of the users were located in North America, India, Philippines, Singapore and Israel. - Co-managed the corporate email migration of approximately 20,000 Lotus Notes 6.5 users to Exchange 2007. Responsibilities for the project included business case creation/approval, RFI and RFP process, contract negotiations, infrastructure build-out, data migration, and continued support for users on five continents.

Project work included migrations to SMS, Exchange, & Windows. Additional work included the ownership of a software co-residency testing project. Larger projects involved the automated installation of Windows NT Workstation / Server and applications, using various tools, including Microsoft SMS 2.0.
