CurrentLeading the Customer Data Analytics and Digital eChannel Strategy for Danaher Life Sciences.This is part of the newly formed Customer Experience & Commerce (CxC) team supporting Danaher's Life Science Instrument Group with Operating Companies such as Beckman Life Sciences, Sciex, Molecular Devices, Leica Microsystems, Phenomenex, and IDBS. In this position, I'm responsible for technology and strategy around customer data analytics, including Digital Web Analytics and Google stack as well as Customer Experience Platform, Customer Data Platform, Marketing Revenue Attribution, BI Reporting and Dashboarding, and other similar Marketing and Sales Analytics tools.In addition, I am leading the development of an external Digital eChannel strategy to drive further Brand Visibility, Awareness, and Lead Generation to our Danaher Operating Companies via external publication eChannels and marketplaces; through which we can syndicate content and product catalogs.
