Software test engineer working on the AC3 Optimus™ Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump console. Responsible for the creation and execution of Test Plans and Test Cases. I support the development team on requirements generation and analysis as well as root cause analysis tasks.

• I was responsible for the planning and execution of verification testing of the HeartMate line of LVADs and accessories using Agile Methodologies. I created test plans and protocols, reviewed code, lead the test team, and assisted in root cause analysis to ensure that we release world class, safe, medical devices throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).• Test lead for an iOS based in hospital Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) monitoring application where I developed, managed and executed verification and regression test suites in PTC Integrity using Agile Methodologies.• I assisted in the development of the iOS based in hospital LVAD monitoring application. Occasionally reviewing code and algorithms, providing solutions for bug fixes.• I performed a quality audit of the V&V processes and automated tests used by another site and made recommendations for improvements which were later implemented.• Assisted in the development of a custom automated test system for class III medical devices in LabView. • I performed root cause analysis to assist the return product analysis team in closing complaints.• I developed a DOS based LVAD touch screen monitoring device. In conjunction I also developed a DOS based PCB self-test application used in the manufacturing of the LVAD touch screen monitoring devices.
