Promoted by COO to manage the company’s international division, which operates through a network of exclusive distributors located across Latin America, Europe and Africa, wholly-owned operating subsidiaries in Italy and Canada, and a headquarters staff split between Ireland and the US. Managed a team comprised of approximately 100 people spread across 4 countries. Recruited by client to join Go2Net and lead its overall business development activities. ✔ Built and managed a team of 16 people, growing annualized revenues from a quarterly run rate of $400 K to $14 MM (representing approximately one half of the company's total quarterly revenues). ✔ Managed team through the closing of a large number of strategic transactions, including equity investments and technology licensing or content syndication agreements, software development agreements, and sponsorship agreements.
