After TMR was acquired by IMT I was shifted from a Systems Administration role to Lead Systems Support Analyst where I was later promoted to Systems Support Analyst II. While employed with IMT I have preformed duties as Helpdesk Analyst, QA Analyst, and Systems Administrator with a focus in IIS and SQL server administration for all pre-production environments.Systems Administration:Key point of contact for IT during company / systems merger, including move of production hardware to new data center.Evaluated and improved network security through routine firewall audits, maintenance, and penetration testing. Mapped out and documented network topology for troubleshooting network bottlenecks, points of failure, and infrastructure enhancements.Developed scripts to automate weekly database restores of pre live environments.Worked with team to bring in 50MB Time Warner Business class fiber while transitioning networks. Installed and configured long range wireless connectivity for IMT campus.Quality Assurance:Designed SharePoint portal for bug tracking, release documentation, and release request submissions.Scripted mass deployment of app offline configuration for multi code releases.Helped develop automated code builds through PowerShell and team foundation services. Systems Support Analyst:Key contact for relations between IMT personnel and TMR personnel during acquisition of The Mailroom Inc.Implement workstation imaging and deployment solution using Microsoft Deployment Services leading to a successful deployment of 90 workstations within a six month time frame.Installed and maintained print server with centralized document consolidation for scanned materials.

Client Support:Primary IT systems administration, upkeep, and maintenance with network diagnostics, troubleshooting, and documentation.Develop, implement, and test backup and recovery procedures.Setup, configure, and maintain client hardware, infrastructure, and software for daily operations including RMAs on client’s behalf.Installed network based surveillance cameras. Internal Support:Worked with internal team to develop and push integrated services to clients to help maintain steady presence within client’s organization.Mentored newer technicians on client support and technical skill sets. Began implementing virtual technologies to reduce physical footprint within organization.

Systems Administration: Responsible for the installation and upkeep of 42 servers, five local offices, and two remote offices in Canada.Key contact for changes in services, vendors, licensing model, and company-wide hardware / software.Restructure of backup / restore solutions, implementation and testing of recovery procedure. Preformed regular firewall, system even logs, and exchange / barracuda audits to establish and maintain company baseline. End User Support: Provide help desk support for user communityTrain interns for use within company as future help desk technicians. Implemented a weekly security announcement for end user community to help educate users on current risks.

Team Leader / Member:Lead, instruct and train team members during training and live fire exercises.Keep detailed written evaluations and reports on team members including issued equipment, weapons, and other sensitive gear.Review daily operations with Squad Leader and delegate assigned tasks to team, while working alongside team to accomplish primary objectives for the day
