Supporting Mylan’s global EHS Management System and Standards, while issuing locally focused EHS guidance to ensure effective implementation of Mylan’s Principles and maintaining compliance with regulations across EMEA. Liaising with site EHS personnel to support them in developing implementation and improvement plans at local level. Engaging with Regional and Site leadership teams to enhance understanding of EHS expectations, identification and realisation of improvement projects that support the goals of the organisation. Reviewing and certifying performance against key KPI’s and data verification, and ensuring effective communication between Site and GEHS. Collaborating with the Global EHS Leadership Team to identify opportunities for improvement in data transfer and communication to support effective decision making.Supporting acquisition projects and development of integration plans to align with Mylan expectations and smooth transition to Mylan systems.

Specialising in EHS compliance and due diligence auditing I both lead audits and manage project teams. Providing on-going support and advice to a number of industrial clients authoring ELRA, RMP and FWRA reports and position papers relating to air emissions and waste management. Completion of chemical risk assessments and development of a safety statement and associated risk assessments. Project managment of EIA specialist inputs and lead on noise impact assessments.
