I started off my career in event marketing traveling the world promoting this brand new software at the time (Microsoft Word & Excel) as well as the first IBM Thinkpad computers. I was immediately launched into representing two major brands at events, festivals and specialty brand launches. I love representing brands and learning about a new product or service. It is what gets me up in the morning. When not working - I spend most of my time teaching and coaching my boys how to create their own brand on the field, in the classroom and in life.I went into software marketing where I was introduced to metroConnections. I spent five years as a customer creating and collaborating on conference and event solutions that represented our brand in its best light. From trade shows to user conferences, product launches to PR events; myself and my colleagues at metroConnections built some amazing solutions.I have been with metroConnections for over 24 years where I am proud to say we are now employee owned. Currently, I serve as Chief Marketing & Sales Officer. Our new brand launch in November of 2022 is designed to help C level marketers get the most out of their annual budget across all marketing events. We have such talent inside our company with people who truly understand brand messaging, communications strategy and meeting objectives while assisting our customers to create their very best conference and event experiences. I enjoy learning about new brands, creating cool stage production solutions in general sessions across the world and seeing a brand live throughout every aspect of a conference or an event.
