Engaging innovation and creativity to make the world around us better.Starting my career journey in construction, I quickly determined Electrical was the trade that best fit this paradigm. From simple to complex electrical projects I realized I could improve a customer's experience by knowing how things work, and why. Being innovative and embracing changing technology and methods. Moving into the offsite industry, brought me into the most innovative and forward looking part of construction. Offsite is exciting, as it is the new kid on the block in construction. Every aspect of it requires improving traditional methods. Challenging the status quo of construction methodology of 100+ years. This is a challenge worth taking, and where my career is currently.The transition from Trades to CI, Planning, and Systems while untraditional, has given me a cross functional toolset that, at times, is a bit of a secret weapon. Creating a clear outline of the objective, self motivating, activating, and completing - all while seeking to learn from those ahead of me- are a trades person's day to day. Applied in systems, management, and planning areas has been of great benefit to the teams and projects I have been on. My (unconventional) path; electrical in offsite led to electrical planning, then to plant wide continuous improvement (as a PM), higher level planning [production scheduling to S&OP] (as master scheduler), to finally, operations systems (as a manager). My secret however, is people. Understanding people, pulling them together and brining out their best has opened doors and successes not possible on my own. Thank you to all that have helped and supported my path so far... Lets see how far we can take it!
