This streamlined communication between leadership and production staff, while also providing "live" instant information to managers of where all products were on the production line, then displayed out for all stakeholders. This is currently implemented and running in two manufacturing facilities.Building an Agile/ Lean project program to encourage group "continuous improvements" from production staff in 3 manufacturing plants. creating a system to run hundreds of kaizen projects and training teams on how to run and facilitate a kaizen (improvement) project to increase efficiencies and reduce waste from the smallest to largest tasks.Team member of bringing online a Soukup [semi- automated] framing line. Including redesigning an entire wood processing mill feeding a manufacturing production line, and process engineering the system around the production processes it feeds. "End to End" re-designing of the production processes for an entire 75000 sq ft production line. This project had a net benefit of a 30% increase in usable production space for manufacturing the product, increased throughput by reducing Risks of various processes, and created a forecast savings of over $3.8m over 12 months. Brought online the software suite "holobuilder" into the production process for 3 manufacturing plants. This forward looking software allows quality and as-builts to be captured in real time, in 360 Degree scenes that can be edited and reviewed anywhere at any time.
