Established the analysis program for an academy of 150+ players based around a catalogue of qualitative data, quantitative data and video. Constructed a three-member analyst team and delegated operational tasks to maximise productivity. Catalogued the entire analysis database across Google Docs and the VEO analysis platform. Executed tailored individual and group analysis sessions, with groups as small as 3 people and as large as 25 people.

Restructured the academy curriculum to optimize player learning and development in both the Foundation Phase and the Youth Development Phase. Monitored coach performance and conducted coach education for 8+ coaches, with performance reviews andsession shadowing. Created an academy dictionary for both coaches and players, ensuring coaching consistency across all academy age groups to facilitate player understanding.

Became Head Coach of both the U19 and U15 boys football teams at Shrewsbury International School Riverside Campus in Bangkok, Thailand. Cultivated a competitive and and self empowering playing environment with players encouraged to take risks and make their own decisions within a distinct playing philosophy. Working with a more mature group of young adults, accountability was encouraged even more so; respecting teammates, opponents and officials. Travelled with the team for international overseas tournaments.

Promoted to Premier Football Academy Head Coach for Shrewsbury International School Riverside Campus in July 2018. Planned and delivered sessions with wide ranging activities developing skills in and out of football while additionally delivering individual player coaching within group settings as well as in isolated one to one sessions. Created a fun and progressive learning environment having curated and worked towards a well defined philosophy. Liaised with staff, school administration and parents with clear lines of communication.
