Over the course of two years and three months, I honed a diverse set of skills, including computer information systems, network administration, database management, and enterprise software. I became proficient in security protocols, firewall configurations, and printer support. Additionally, I gained expertise in Office 365 administration, systems and application support, stakeholder engagement, Cisco networking, domain administration, and virtualization infrastructure. This period was pivotal in shaping my approach to IT solutions and stakeholder engagement.
