I’ve also held a belief in the power of telling stories since high school, which is when I earned my first bylines at The Oregonian.I’m interested in: transportation policy, public health and the built environment, immigrant rights, and economic policies that empower families to build and preserve wealth.My slightly obsessive work ethic is powered by caffeine, regular exercise, relationships, and spreadsheets. Outside of work, I enjoy riding my bike up long and windy mountain roads, taking up an occasional photo gig or selling one of my prints, and discovering a hole in the wall restaurant for great food.I take pride in knowing each and every person in my network.
