I am a solo practitioner that started my practice in April of 2009. Responsible for the management, discovery, investigation, preparation and trial of assigned felony-level case criminal cases, mental health pre-trial diversion criminal cases, mental health cases, and paternity cases. Responsible for the management, discovery, investigation, preparation, and trial of assigned capital cases. Responsible for the drafting of memoranda, briefs, and pleadings in preparation for trial, sentencing, post-sentencing and post-conviction proceedings. Interviewing witnesses and clients in preparation of trial. Acted as supervisor in absence of the Public Defender and First Assistant.

I was felony level trial lawyer who also was the post-conviction and mental health lawyer. I also had extensive experience with juvenile cases, murder case, narcotics and marijuana cases, as well as driving under the influence cases.

Planned and supervised the training of 140-person military police company. Supervised the employment of a 30-person military police platoon. Drafted Standing Operating Procedures for Security and Correctional Military Police Units. Seconded to ARMY JAG as a Legal Services Attorney.
