As a Value Manager at Workday, I partner with top private and public sector Canadian organizations to assist them in telling their digital transformation story. I am responsible for articulating the quantitative and qualitative benefits of Workday to C-Suite leaders and co-creating their ‘business case for change.’ This involves uncovering an organization’s key Finance & HR challenges and connecting the dots from technology solution to business outcomes.
