I have recently been promoted to Senior Associate Manager in the Environments Operations team, previously I had been working as Team Lead in the Operations Center of Workday Dublin for one yearI have 7 years experience in the Telecoms / IT industry in a variety of roles.I have a Master's Degree by research in Electronic Engineering.I worked as a Services Engineer/Network Integration Engineer in Ericsson for 5 and a half years, installing and administering UNIX and Linux systems for Regulatory Solutions in the Security department of Ericsson.I have also delivered classroom based training to Ericsson customers (Telecom Network Operators) and internal Ericsson engineers on Security, OSS-RC (the Operations Support System for Radio and Core network) and ENIQ (Ericsson's Performance Management tool). I am currently working as a Linux Administrator / NOC Engineer at Host Ireland, a small Wireless ISP located in Dublin city. I manage servers in our data centre, and troubleshoot wireless radio devices - Siklu, Ceragon, and Siae.
