Red Hat, Inc is world open source leader and introduces free wares of complicated application server for example Jboss EAP and platform for example Red Hat Linux, Fedora. I worked as part of Red Hat Jboss Application server team; we deal with clients, who use our technology in their IT Infrastructure. My role was to help people build highly available clustered and distributed environment, and help tune their web application for better response time. This includes troubleshooting at OS level (memory management), Application server level and Middleware components. Debugging client code to relate it to standard specifications of Java by Oracle.My day to day work involved working on web and application server, Datasource, EJB’s, Transactions, Clustering, Memory analysis and leak resolution, finding and filing bugs. Majorly working on issues related to performance, crashing and memory analysis of Java web application running on top of JVM (Java Virtual Machine). My work included looking at logs, heap dumps, threads dumps and application logs to know about the client’s application (could be production or non-production) and troubleshoots the performance hit or related issue. Supported as many as 100 different clients across the globe, each having different set of JVMs, OS, and Middleware technologies.Got awarded for my contribution to the Team.

Managing and supporting the client web apps on all sorts of Middleware components. Taking escalations. Handling critical issues that can impact client real time business.
