1:Many Program Manager responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Workday services related events globally. Currently own and operating various types of webinars including User Groups Meetings & Webinars, Product Webinars, Program Based Webinar Series and Ad-Hoc Webinars as needed. Currently oversee 40+ webinars a month.User Group Program Manager who provides onboarding, oversight, best practices and administrative support for over 200 customer led Workday User Groups on a global basis.Webinar Platforms: Zoom Meeting, Zoom Webinar, ON24, Webex, Microsoft TeamsCRM Platforms: SFDC, GainsightPrimary Duties:• Plan, manage, coordinate, and execute all webinars globally.• Oversee each webinar from ideation to execution and measurement.• Provide training to presenters and organize the pre-conference planning call.• Record webinar sessions and edit audio for on-demand webinars.• Post webinar surveys, polls, and act as moderator (if necessary).• Develop and enhance processes to address business needs and increase input.• Maintain and implement webinar schedule.• Work closely with various associated teams to ensure successful promotion of all webinars.• Process leads and conduct post event follow up.• Works collaboratively within various internal teams throughout the globe.
