Our many backgrounds bring this great team to preform great things.Lempster Wind Farm, NH [GAMESA]Blade change out - add weights while up tower (saves money by cutting cranes loose as soon as possible.)Fenner Wind Farm, NY [GE]2 Gearbox change outs - worked along side with foreign country nationals to seamlessly change and troubleshoot gearboxes (ability to work well even with a language barrier)Buffalo Mountain, TN [VESTAS]Craneless generator change out - preformed a generator change out and alignment in under 4 days (we save thousands by not needing a crane to change out such a major component.)Mesquite Wind Farm, TX [GAMESA]2 blade change outs and adding weight - called the crane on a blade change out for two blades followed up by finding the T|C (true center) for the blade and then tensioned.Sand Bluff, TX [GAMESA]Generator replacement - replacing the generator while calling the crane to remove roof, cooler, and gen. After replacing we conducted an alignment and replaced any defective parts.
