• Establish residual and collateral values for proposed lease and loan transactions across a broad spectrum of asset types and industries i.e. clean energy (solar/hydrogen), inland marine, OTR, material handling, construction, solar, etc. Negotiate EOT residuals with Lessees, monitor multi billion dollar portfolio of over 23,000+ contracts, including clean energy FMV leases.• Guide junior team members by reviewing residual and collateral valuations prepared prior to submitting for approval. Valuations include Discounted Cash Flow Analysis, Cost and Market approaches.• Assess transaction structures to meet customer needs and maximize collateral position.• Evaluate new equipment target markets and provide new investment opportunities. • Assist in disposition activities, including tracking, monitoring and negotiating Early Buyouts (EBO) and end of term residuals as well as the remarketing of off lease equipment.• Annual review and update of equipment value matrices, list of approved third party suppliers as well as FASB 13 review.• Undertake special projects such as documentation review focusing on Maintenance and Return Provisions. Create new equipment codes for improved asset tracking and reporting. • Assist in development of systems support and reporting for all Asset Management activities.

• Asset Manager within Industrial and Healthcare Finance (IHF).• Evaluate middle-market equipment finance loan and lease transactions. Forecast asset and residual values. Participate in the underwrite process from pre-screen through deal execution. • Support the IHF Credit teams to manage new business opportunities along with portfolio and organizational reporting requirements.• Review and recommend to management transaction events such as impairments and credit downgrades.• Gather and evaluate client information, compare to industry benchmarks, analyze third party information, assess risk and recommend risk rating and credit levels, financing structures and documentation requirements within standards and risk management policies.• Identify and report equipment/portfolio risks; formulate and recommend strategies to management.

• Provide strategic portfolio management to private equity sponsored Middle and Large Market Healthcare ABL and Real Estate transactions.• Risk management of CIT’s commercial financing business to healthcare providers.• Support senior portfolio managers in monitoring credit quality and financial performance of CIT’s Healthcare Real Estate and ABL portfolios. • Prepare annual reviews for a portfolio of over 15 transactions with in depth analysis on financial performance, collateral liquidation scenarios, capitalization and leverage, financial projections, fixed charge coverage, risk ratings, probability of default (PD), and loss given default (LGD). • Review borrowing base computations, monitor loan advances and repayments, collateral and financial reports. • Underwrite borrower requests and renewals• Conduct collateral analysis and trend analysis• Manage accounts and transactions as sole lender, agency and/or participation• Proactively identify both positive and adverse borrower and industry trends
