Working closely with senior stakeholders in Operations, Legal and Finance, I am involved in the management of a multi-million-pound spend across a range of indirect procurement categories globally. Currently, I lead the management of the following categories at AlphaSights: Human Resources, Professional Development, IT Engineering, Software Engineering and Workplace Experience & Facilities Management. Some of the categories of spend I manage within these categories include: SaaS, IT infrastructure, professional services, facilities management, Office Events and Staff Welfare.Responsibilities included:• Partnering with stakeholders across the business to ensure optimal buying and vendor management behaviours.• Assisting stakeholders with criteria scoping; design RFP and vendor evaluation processes.• Lead in the development of business cases to onboard, change, and renew suppliers.• Lead on negotiation and implementation of supplier contracts.• Engage with internal customers and suppliers during the contract periods to measure and manage supplier performance.• Proposing methods to optimise the investment in suppliers, including sourcing alternative suppliers and identifying alternative commercial models.

• Providing Business Leaders and C-Level Executives with insight advice and tools to achieve their mission-critical priorities.• Working on client service inquiries for Gartner’s Global Business Services (GBS), covering 12 key business areas for Europe, Africa and the Middle East.• Ensuring a timely and cohesive response to all client requests within 24 hours, appropriately aligning them to the related experts, whilst managing the request with Sales/Service representatives to ensure client expectations are met.• Solid time management and organisational skills throughout, ensuring urgent client deadlines are being met, supporting other RES teams when required and allocating time for personal research development.
