Managed the planning, integration, coordination and management of over 550 personnel consisting of four separate Departments: Protective Force (PF), PF Training, Program Integration/Vulnerability Assessment and Physical Security Systems.- Developed and executed a mission focused Annual Training Plan that set conditions fro a successful Office of Independent Oversight inspection.- Conducted a Strategic Organizational Efficiency Review ahead of schedule, resulting in the reduction of 23 Full Time Employees (FTEs) at savings of $4.2M.- Streamlined and improved the management of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) compliance to improve Protective Force command and control and operations to improve tactical readiness and effectiveness while reducing overtime Protective Force costs by $1M.
