ISO-HCG was wholly-owned subsidiary of the Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG), who acquired the business from Marketing Corporation of America in 1997. ISO-HCG provided management consulting services to its clients in the pharma, biotech and medical device space.I supported the President of the business by handling all support functions of the business - finance and accounting, legal, human resources, information systems, and facilities management - while also acting as the primary interface with IPG Corporate. I managed the support staff in the US, Paris, London, and Montreal, and performed the monthly global consolidation and reporting.

The Management Consulting Group ("MCG") was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marketing Corporation of America ("MCofA"). MCG provided marketing consulting services and had practice areas in Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Banking, Telecom and Technology. In my role as Controller I reported to both the President of MCG, as well as the CFO of MCofA and was responsible for all support functions of the business. I later became CFO of the Healthcare business after MCofA sold its professional services businesses to the Interpublic Group of Companies in 1997.

Marketing Corporation of America was a privately held diversified enterprise involved with marketing services, air transportation, real estate, restaurants, automobile dealerships, and venture capital. I reported to the Director of Taxes, and was responsible for all federal and state income tax research, planning and compliance for a consolidated group of over 30 companies doing business in 15 states.
