The focus of the Master's thesis was organisational change management (OCM) in relation to the adoption of an IT system for employee time registration within the R&D business unit of Novo Nordisk. During my time with Novo Nordisk I conducted user interviews and user surveys. The scope of the project takes an employee perspective by examining employee attitudes and beliefs toward organizational change, and IT change, to determine the most optimal change strategy for R&D management, through quantitative research and statistical methods.

I independently created a social media channel on Facebook for the O'Boy product to communicate with followers through product related updates and photos. The page attracted 50.000 followers, and later I collaborated with employees from Kraft Foods/Mondelēz International to improve the overall brand experience by writing reviews and uploading photos of the products.Today the page has almost 400.000 followers and is the official page for the product now run by employees from Mondeléz International.
