As a project manager, my role involves continuously overseeing and improving on the health
 and capability of a 1,200 person photography network. Specifically, I source and hire the best/most equipped photographers to carry out shoots on behalf of GoDaddy customers
. I also maintain and occasionally improve upon recruiting materials provided to our applicants. I also assist with the development and improvement of our customer-facing website
. Part of the role includes intermittent production and editing of video assets for GoDaddy. In this capacity I help facilitate pre-production, production, and post-production for internal stock video shoots.
 For external video content, I am also responsible for the development and refinement of prescribed creative briefs for video vendors and individual artists.

As the Photography Recruiter, my role involves managing and building a national network of photographers to carry out commercial photo shoots on behalf of GoDaddy customers. I've grown this network by 47% in my first year with a quality-first approach resulting in significantly improved customer satisfaction scores.
