Tasked with undertaking a thorough client site investigation into business practices and activities, and ascertain if such activities do, or do not, fit within the legal framework relating to Research and Development (R&D) Tax Relief, as set out by relevant Acts of Legislation and guidance produced by HMRC.Role includes:Communication and direct interviewing of senior decision-makers and business leaders, predominantly within medium (£2m-60m turnover) and large enterprise clients;Complex, legal and financial report production, in order to ensure a successful R&D claim by our clients. This requires gaining a significantly deep understanding of a business, their activities, and financial/tax position, so that it can be reported accurately and concisely, in-line with HMRC's requirements;Production of cost summaries, ready for CT600 modification, or creation (depending on client position).
