CMC was purchased by ITT Corporation, and later in September 2010 ITT decided to close the Cleveland facility to consolidate its Burny CNC motion controller operations with their Kaliburn Plasma Power Supply business in Ladson, SC. Selected Cleveland-based Engineering and Manufacturing staff were offered relocation to Ladson, SC to continue their roles. Lincoln Electric Company then purchased Burny-Kaliburn, Inc. from ITT in late 2012. Use Visual Studio, C#/.NET, C++, InstallShield.
