DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversaw all of Project Interfaith's fundraising efforts. Maintained and nurtured existing donor database. Researched and met with prospective donors or foundations from which Project Interfaith sought funding. Designed annual reports to showcase responsible stewardship of donor support.- Drafted over 75 grant applications raising $270,940 in foundational funding over a 3-yearperiod (a 190% increase from the 3-year period prior to my arrival).- Raised $342,407 in individual funding over a 3-year period (a 31% increase from the 3-year period prior to my arrival).- Improved donor-tracking processes by securing funding for and implementing eTapestry donor software.COMMUNICATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES: Created consistent, accurate, and relevant organizational materials for all external communications including social media sites, public calendars, e-newsletters, media-releases and website pages. Built followership of Project Interfaith through these media sources. Responsible for the creation of marketing materials pertaining to such organizational information.- Improved Project Interfaith’s external communications by overseeing 7 annual appeals, 4 annual reports, 8 curriculum sets, a digital media kit, and numerous other marketing materials. Personal design skills allowed for the replacement of existing Microsoft Word communications and eliminated external contracted service design fees.- Secured Google AdWords funding; increasing annual web traffic to ProjectInterfaith.org by more than 520%.- Increased Facebook followership by 129%, Twitter followership by 284%, and e-Newsletter subscription by 42%.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:- Served as Interim Co-Executive Director.- Conducted strategic planning.- Managed Project Interfaith’s internship and volunteer program.- Drafted a membership model to encourage larger donation amounts.- Drafted and conducted crisis management messaging to handle the dissolution of Project Interfaith.
