• Directs daily business operations and implements financial policies, accounting system and cost controls.• Directs implementation of improved work methods and procedures to ensure provision of care.• Assures the Organization's compliance with federal and state regulations.• Provides leadership in the development of Organization objectives, standards of care, policies and procedures affecting the programs of the Organization.• Developed and implemented a portable electronic medical record that is currently used at the point of care setting to facilitate record keeping, enhances staff’s efficiency, and improves collaboration with physicians, patients and all healthcare team member’s involved.

• Establishes and monitors standards for wound care and makes recommendations for changes in the area of wound care. Designs teaching programs for wound care and identifies competency based education needs of staff and members. Designs and implements education programs to ensure the quality of staff knowledge and care in the area of wound management. Introduces new techniques/innovations based on advanced wound care management, practice and trends including wireless and paperless documentation system. Designs structure for data migration, software and hardware support and implementation and including staff education and development. Develops quality and utilization indicators, analyzes data, and presents findings. Identifies and implements practices to improve quality and service. Facilitates care delivery systems, quality and clinical process improvement throughout the continuum of care to improve the services provided.
