I served as the Lead Teacher at Somerset Island Prep, where I took on multiple responsibilities to ensure the success of our students. As the Exceptional Student Education Chair, I was responsible for updating and maintaining IEPs through the PEER system. In my role as Testing Chair, I managed the preparation and administration of all state-mandated tests, including the ACT and SAT. I also mentored new hires, ensuring their compliance with MCSD and KWCA policies, and acted as the Virtual School Site Coordinator, overseeing all online student affairs. Additionally, I fulfilled various other roles as needed to ensure that KWCA students received an optimal learning experience.

In this role I took a group of high school students from around America to experience French culture for 28 days. This included programing the trip, managing funds, and ensuring the safety of 12 young adults.
