I've been part of a project with a web, iOS and Android application with two connected medical devices for both patients, caregivers, HCPs and client admins. In this project I gathered requirements from multiple external clients, using these I helped create a detailed estimated project plan with the given ressources. In addition to handling the requirements, I was in charge of the software risk management activities, verification as well as supporting the PM and PO in making sure the project plan is followed and making any ongoing necessary adjustments and prioritisation. Lastly, I've been driving SCRUM activities including planning, daily meetings, sprint demo and sprint retrospective.Additionally, I've been part of the initial discovery phase of a project for a mobile iOS and Android app for patients with a rare blood disease. In the initial phase of the project I was working with the client to understand their needs and translating them into user needs and requirements. Later, in the development phase, I was in charge of making software design and making sure the design inputs were ready for the developers.

App test manager on a SaMD (Software as Medical Device) project.The project targeted people living with stoma and aimed to help them with a leakage notification system for iOS and Android. The app was made to help the user feel more in control and minimize the fear of leakages. The SaMD project consists of an app connected with a physical device. I was in charge of the verification activities related to the app, including planning, executing and reporting of the app system test, ensuring test coverage and other general verification activities in both development and verification phase as well as managing external testers.Test manager on Ekiva-MS, a patient companion iOS and Android app for people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Ekiva-MS was created to empower people living with multiple sclerosis by helping them monitor and manage their MS. In my role as test manager on this project I was in charge of all verification activities from the very beginning of the project until the release. Working within the regulated life science industry I work in an agile environment following QMS in compliance with relevant standards (e.g., IEC62304, ISO13485) and participate in audit. In addition to writing verification plan, test strategies and running other verification related activities, I’ve had other system engineering responsibilities such as writing and maintaining requirements as well as being the link between designers and developers.
