In Tia Technology we develop B2B and B2B2C software solutions that help insurance providers mitigate the complexity of their business and automate their processes.As part of the company's core design team, our focus is on improving old and designing new software solutions, making sure they are intuitive and easy to use. Big part of our job as a team is to:- establish design processes;- develop a design system and align all software solutions;- create a design culture.My main responsibilities are:- Prioritising and managing the team's daily tasks- Product vision and road map planning- Feature prioritisation based on user needs- Meet with clients to demo solutions, receive feedback, and discuss customer requirements.- Conduct qualitative and quantitate research - observations, in person interviews, onsite observation/interviews, online surveys, etc.- Distill findings into actionable insights.- Identify user painpoints and needs both across super users, who work with insurance software on daily basis; and private people, who purchase and administer their own insurance policies. - Revamp the frontend of Tia’s existing software solutions/legacy systems and design new software solutions from scratch in close collaboration with POs and development team.- Conduct user testing (remote, in person, and guerilla testing) to validate design ideas, hypotesis, and interactive prototypes.- Collaborate with colleagues to develop Tia Technology's design system.- Hold design reviews and make sure tech alignment is done before designs are delivered to the developers.- Work closely with developers - prepare developer handoffs, participate in sprint reviews, and evaluate dev implementation. - Organise workshops with stakeholders and different development teams, where we can brainstorm/ideate/sketch and prototype new features. - Collaboratively defining the long term vision for the different projects as well as planning the design team's road map.

Scene Kunst Skoler is a theatre school for children and young adults. Drama teacher for kids and young adults and a stage director for ten of the schools big musical productions. As a drama teacher and director I have the skills to apply theatre techniques and improvisations as tools for creative brainstorming and as a bodystorming technique for ideation. I have the ability to comfortably lead people out of their comfort zone and equip them with the tools to express themselves and their ideas. As a director I have a structured and analytical approach to my work and know how to set and achieve goals.My focus has been on character development, movement, and improv. I worked with improvisation and technique based exercises inspired by Chekhov, Stanislavski, Meisner, and Marina Abramovic’s method for being present in time and space.

Design researcher for the DemensX project focused on designing sensory stimulating experiences for elderly people with dementia.Main responsibilities: - Conducting user research in collaboration with both residents and carers from one elderly home north of Copenhagen. - Creating and validating design solutions for people with dementia living in elderly care homes. - Transform insights into a catalogue serving the purpose of communicating knowledge and possible design directions that can be shared in a designedly context and used for further ideation on concept development.Applied tools and methods: research through design, participatory design, and different qualitative methods.
