Tom managed the firms needs in the Public Sector/Aerospace & Defense, General Operations, and Procurement and Analytic Solutions practices. He was also tasked with spearheading Novo’s outplacement services, advising a variety of clients on strategic workforce transitions.While at Novo, Tom was engaged in several internal projects geared towards continuing education, strategic communication, and corporate best practices. He served as a member of both the Training and Development and Communications committees.

In 2007 Tom was promoted to lead Health Carousel’s efforts within North America – focusing on the US, the Virgin Islands, and Canada. Areas of Tom's expertise: supervision and direction of day-to-day operations, management of all core functions within the business unit, driving continued revenue growth from inception to $1M+, creation and documentation of all organizational standards and procedures, and mentoring and training both junior and new staff. Tom was the face of the department for several national clients. He excelled through polished and persuasive communications and liaised regularly with senior leadership, both within Health Carousel and the client base.

With operations on three continents, Health Carousel is a Healthcare Advisory firm focused on workforce solutions with many of the nation's leading healthcare organizations. During his first two years with Health Carousel Tom had immense impact within Operations, focusing primarily on establishing a solid corporate infrastructure. He led a variety of projects with founding Partners, including: the coordination, planning, and logistics for several overseas client engagements, on-boarding and training of Health Carousel offices in Asia and Europe, and the implementation, troubleshooting, and training of a global CRM system.
