As General Manager I was responsible for overseeing all operations of the radio station including: developing departmental goals, coordinate and manage events, coordinate staff activities, formulating program policies, organizing and running staff meetings, assist in program formatting, training staff and volunteers, community outreach, and working with University of Nevada’ Departments and elected officials.

As Program Director I was responsible scheduling on and off campus events, creating the on-air schedule; recruiting and organizing volunteers, and coordinating promotion opportunities on campus.

As Music Director I was responsible for working with promoters from across the country to find new music for the radio station, training interns, writing for the station website and student magazine, and setting the stations musical direction.

As a Internet Sales Associate, I was responsible for listing items on eBay, collecting sales from previous online bids, organizing the books, answering emails and phone calls from customers who had questions or concerns regarding the on-line auctions.

As a Sales Lending Associate, I would evaluate items for pawn, write loans, redeem loans, clean and organize the store front plus warehouse. I gained valuable customer service skills dealing with a many different types of customers.
