Plan, develop, and lead a deployed TRADOC G2 team during US Army home-station FTX exercises for seven CoEs and nine brigade and above echelons including but not limited to; Brigade Combat Teams, Functional and Multi-Functional Brigades, select combat, combat service, and combat service support battalions, and Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Capability (JPMRC) as a TRADOC G2 OESD certified Exercise Team Lead. Highlights during this period include the conversion to a TRADOC DATE OE for the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, two US Army Cadet Command exercises, two JPMRC exercises, assisting Fires COE for a successful TRADOC DATE certification, and grow ESA from 23 exercises to the present number of exercise support packages of 194.

Bend/render/transform current intelligence data into exercise data to meet training objectives, coordinate/integrate intelligence products, and directly support exercises in an intelligence role. Support includes Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) and Combat Training Center (CTC) rotations at unit or CTC locations.Identify data and products to support exercise scenario and training objectives, obtain or develop operational graphics and specific plans the unit will use during the training exercise. Set exercise support parameters to meet unit training requirements to the scenario and feeds battle field mission command systems (MCS). Produce draft intelligence products that familiarize exercise planners with the type and content of intelligence products to be used in the exercise.Provide expert advice on the Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) data.Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the informational aspects of the OE (Political: Military, Economic, Social, Infrastructure, Information, Physical Terrain, and time (PMESII-PT)) during MCTP and CTC rotations. Develop scripting for human networks, develop various types of intelligence injects to execute these scripts, work within the Division Tactical Operations Center (DTOC) to monitor execution of these scripts, and develop COIC products for the rotational unit.Provide briefings, lesson plans, training packages and Programs of Instruction (POIs) to support Army Training Network (ATN) training, friendly/enemy Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP), behaviors, and trends. SME during Mission Readiness Events/Exercises (MRE/X) to replicate Corps/Division level COIC support teams, Observer Trainers, and members of Training Feedback Teams.Provide team leadership for Emergency Management and National Guard exercises by supporting customers with intelligence data and materials in accordance with DHS, USNORTHCOM, and USAFNORTH policies, procedures, and directives.

Develop DATE and global AoR exercise products for three major US Army CoEs and fifteen US Army brigade and above echleon units. Such capabilities include but are not limited too: Ingest Intelligence message traffic in to DCGS-A; Open Source intelligence on the TRADOC G2 Information Operations Network (ION); role player bio cards; and graphics and visualizations. Provide informal instruction practival application to three MTCs on the TRADOC G2 tools and applications to enhance capability of the training audience in understanding and researching the OE and conducting training in any OE utilizing a research, develop, think red, and execute construct. In support of the TRADOC G2 tools and applications, provide SME as the Exercise Support Application (ESA) Content Manager and provide SME as Exercise Design Tool (EDT) for TRADOC G2 OEC.

Prepare, assist, and execute joint exercises at the Joint Task Force level in accordance with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) and coordinate, schedule, and brief large conference attendees from the JTF to COCOM echelon during all JELC meetings. This included: scenario and inject development to support the Master Scenario Event List (MSEL), development of unit orders in accordinance with JP 5-0 from the Combatant Command to Battalion echelon (Deployment, Execution, Operational, Fragmentary, and Warning Orders), Observer Controller / Trainer coordinator and After Action Review report development, and management of exercise content during the exercise. Conduct Field Training Exercises for up to 5,300 training personnel during each exercise.

Provide Fire Support and Close Air Support formal school instruction, practical application, and simulation to over 800 United States Marine Staff Non-Commissioned Officers and Commissioned Naval Officers on Marine Corps Officers on Fire Support resulting in combat deploying DoD personnel receiving formal school credibility on assignments in a combat environment. Develope courseware and curriculum in accordance with Naval Systems Approach to Training guidance. Provide practical application, simulation, and live fire events to enhance classroom instruction to demonstrate course material and test knowledge level of the student prior to graduation. Manage and inventory all course student supplies and accounted for over $1 million in instruction and operational equipment.

Provide Non-Commissioned Officer leadership to more than fifteen Field Artillery Fire Support Marines to ensure force readiness in support of 2nd Marine Division infantry battalions during two combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. Ensure Marines were cross trained with other supporting Military Operation Specialties (MOS) and conducted battle drill rehearsals and field exercises with supported infantry commands resulting in subordinate United States Marines being trained on MOS tasks, supervised, and counseled in garrison and combat environments.
