Over 14-year career focused on providing formal and informal school instruction and conducting training for multiple military echelons to stimulate commander training objectives from individuals to Mission Training Complex (MTC) staffs and develop operational exercises to training Centers of Excellence (CoE), brigades to Joint Task Force (JTF) level. Positions held include:Fire Support Formal School Instructor.Provide formal school classroom instruction, lead practical application, utilize simulation and live fire exercises, and develop course and curriculum for over 800 Marine combat arms Commissioned and senior Non-Commissioned Officers and United States Naval Fighter Pilots on Fire Support, Naval Gunfire, and Close Air Support resulting in professionally trained Fire Support Coordination Center operators and Joint Tactical and Forward Air Controllers for combat deploying forces.Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Exercise Planner.Develop and execute CBRN exercises for the Defense CBRN Response Force (DCRF) Joint Task Force (JTF), comprised of over 5,000 personnel, to ensure unit readiness and United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) validation. Provide JTF with operational expertise as a Liaison Officer to federal agencies. Operational Environment (OE) Exercise Team Lead.Develop and execute exercises, utilizing PMSEII-PT variables to enhance the OE, under the Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE), a CBRN OE, or an Area of Responsibility (AoR). Deploy to home station exercises as the US Training and Doctrine Command (USTRADOC) G2 representative and manage the OE based on the Exercise Director’s guidance and Commander’s Training Objectives. Provide training for MTC staff training on TRADOC G2 Operational Environment Center (OEC) tools and applications to assist in the OE research, development, and execution of MTC exercises.
