Development of Consumer Mobile business requests in Amdocs Master Enterprise Catalog product and handle Release Management for Core Systems Change Requests.Achievements: - Development and delivering change requests with short time to market (3 days from requirements to production delivery for handset, accessories, promotion launches and 7 days for offers launches) to challenge volatile competition in consumer mobile space. Delivered 209 Change Requests since joining the team.- Coordinated with lead solution designers, Change Management team and Change Approval Board to ensure Core Systems planned releases are delivered on time to serve Singtel business initiatives.- Supported release deployment to ensure successful Go-live for every release.

Took charge of change prioritization with business stakeholders. Managed Production incidents to ensure service recovery within SLA to support business across store-fronts and web portals in OFT (order flow through) team. Supported all iPhone and Samsung flagship phone launch events, ensuring good health in critical systems to support business to achieve good customer buy flow experience. Managed “get well” initiative to reduce order automation errors to improve accuracy and efficiency in orders fulfillment and to reduce overhead cost due to manual labor.
