I and Two other partners founded Infinity Property Care Inc. May 2013. We started Infinity in an effort to create a company that would bring professional and respectful service/employment to all who interacted with Infinity. We started our first season with ourselves and 1 support staff and had grown to over 45 staff in 3 short years. - Implemented and oversaw COR safety Process's - Oversaw the Accounting department and spearheaded the implementations of weekly reporting for all 3 divisions of the company, paving, maintenance and landscaping.- Oversaw the hiring, firing, and training of new employees and helped on board them. (Over 300 ppl in the 5 years) - Helped in preparing cash flow and projections.- Managed the website and content creation. - Implemented commercial vehicle safety program and maintenance program.- Created policy and procedures as we grew from 100k per year to over 9 million in revenue and from 4 employees to over 55 employees at the peak seasons. - Started from the ground up in a very closed market of Paving. (With no prior experience) The services that Infinity originally started providing were property maintenance, and with that success grew to incorporate a separate landscaping division and paving division. Infinity still provide those services that they started with and have grown to be capable of accomplishing property maintenance needs from large commercial to residential. The paving division can accomplish any paving needs from small potholes up to large commercial parkades or parking lots. The landscaping division is equally capable of accomplishing large commercial or small residential projects. Worked in the parts department at a Motorcycle Shop in Lethbridge AB, that was at the time the Husqvarna, Yamaha, and Kawasaki Dealership and was transitioning into there new shop.

- Managed a volunteer base of 15ppl - Oversaw youth program of 50 - 75 youth- Created weekly discussion and spoke in front of volunteer base and youth- Oversaw youth planning team. A great opportunity to create a youth program working with other youth workers and parent to mentor and support youth transitioning into adulthood.

Worked in the parts department at a Motorcycle Shop in Lethbridge AB, that was a the time the Kawasaki and Husqvarna dealership.

- Learned the fundamentals of business.- Was mentored weekly by a the founder of a successful local local accounting firm on things such as cash flow profit loss, cost cutting, hiring firing, revenue, expenses and making it all work together.- Learned the importance of systems and self discipline.- Had my first experience with failure and learned how to bounce backFounder of Lethbridge Velocity paintball.
