I am a student at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. I have a strong background in information technology, having completed a vocational high school diploma in IT services and earned multiple certifications, such as the CompTIA A+ and Net+. I have a strong interest in building a career in either computer science or information technology, and I'm excited about the opportunities in both fields!In my roles as a computer technician, I have developed and demonstrated skills in computer troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
