Built the early stage infrastructure of RTOWN from the ground up. Implemented products, worked with suppliers and strategic partners to find ways to improve customer experiences. Teaching groups of Snowboard beginners - intermediates on Blackcomb mountain. Some of the best resort riding I have ever done was with my colleagues in snow school during this time. I developed a deep understanding of teaching theory and tactics.
