Reporting directly to WorkSafeNB’s Controller, I am responsible for managing all aspects of the client experience and revenue collection for more than 15,000 employers within New Brunswick as it pertains to their workers compensation insurance coverage. Broadly, my team’s areas of responsibility include:• Identifying relevant legislation and understand, leverage, and comply to all aspects of said legislation. • Designing and managing all aspects of the employer experience as it pertains to an employers’ interaction with WorkSafeNB’s insurance products. • Departmental planning, goal setting, and risk management. • Succession Planning. • Identifying employers that, by law, require workers compensation coverage.• Assessing the employers that apply for workers compensation coverage and determining an appropriate premium. • Collection of receivables.• Managing credit risk.• Administration, client inquiry and complaint resolution.• Auditing of Assessable Payroll/Wage Disclosures.• Innovation and Change Management.

Responsible for development and management of WorkSafeNB's Enterprise Risk Management Program - including physical security, insurance, and business continuity, and investigations.

WorkSafeNB's Senior Enterprise Risk Management Analyst is responsible for researching, designing, establishing, and continuously improving WorkSafeNB’s enterprise risk management framework and business continuity planning processes.

Responsible for executing upon an audit/inspection-based risk management program which identified, assessed, and managed both internal and external risks - predominantly from the perspective of ensuring customer privacy and safeguarding organizational efficiency.

Supported senior management by auditing processes to ensure that risks to production, revenue, and customer satisfaction were identified and mitigated. Using methodologies rooted in six-sigma, reviewed high-volume processes on a recurring schedule to identify efficiencies and improve return on investment.

Worked as part of a high-performance team to handle the most complex of client hardships. Part of core responsibilities included identifying the root cause of common issues pertaining to client satisfaction, making recommendations to correct the issue, and tracking the progress and effectiveness of recommendations.
