On the transition team to support users of Black Knight (now ICE) products and services (applications): MSP, Director, Black Knight Portal, Passport, Web Direct, Web Services, Invoicing, Bankruptcy and Foreclosure, Default Activity Reporting, and iDisburse. Providing support for delivery of transaction files and user account security.

Provided application support for Black Knight products to around 1800 users: MSP, Director, Passport, Invoicing, Web Direct, Bankruptcy/Foreclosure, Loan Boarding, Default Activity Reporting (DAR), and Navigator. Utilized the following ticketing systems: Footprints and most recently, Service Now. For the past 5 years, successfully managed an offshore team of four whose duties included the transmitting of transaction data files into MSP Raw Data via Passport, and collecting data for reporting to management. Provided troubleshooting expertise in all aspects of the applications, especially with security related issues. Instrumental in upgrading product versions requiring careful instructing of end users of new features and demonstration of best practices.

Provided support for 11 applications for Mortgage Banking servicing and default LOBs by updating run book and disaster recovery documentation, improving processes, creating metrics reporting, consistently performing approved procedures, and reducing incident ticket volume. Continuous and faithful monitoring of 200+ daily/weekly/monthly batch jobs, performing intervention and timely resolution of issues preventing loss of data and promoting successful daily business functions.

Provided careful support with the production monitoring team in the computer command center: Remote monitoring of the daily operation and maintenance of IBM AS400 midrange computers at about 1600 branches throughout the US, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and UK. Transmission of updated files for E-Forms and proprietary AS400 system code to the branch AS400s. Disaster/Recovery procedures of branch AS400s (rebuilding programs and data on crashed drives) and D/R transmission and installation of E-Forms PC software. Utilized Windows NT Workstation using the following applications: Rumba (for AS400 and Mainframe sessions in Netview, TSO, and others), Action Request System (Remedy Tickets), Outlook, Word, and Excel.
