As the National Sales Manager for PaineWebber, a Complex Manager for Prudential Securities, the Chief Operating Officer for a national Credit Union CUSO, or as a Consultant for RIAs, B/Ds, and a quant style money manager I am committed to the processes of constantly improving the advice template.As a student of this industry, I have witnessed its progression from transaction/commission to advice/fee and, the evolution of financial planning and professional money management. That is all hindsight. Today/tomorrow the new mantra will be “The Client Experience”. Other industry disrupters have shown us the way, Tesla, Uber, Amazon have all challenged their respective industries status quo. Our status quo will move from Assets under Management to Assets ready for Distribution. The client will demand instant access to their plans, progress, and participants who work for them. Tomorrow’s advisors will head a seamless consortium of CFAs, CPAs, CFPs, Insurance professionals, and perhaps others. Interactive technologies will assist in the delivery of these new services.My passion is working with firms who want to master their delivery of advice.
