As Senior Directory of Product Management, Thomas is responsible for the entire VikingCloud Platform. This entails ensuring every other product and service that utilizes the Asgard Platform has all required capabilities and shared services. Additionally from overseeing the entire platform, Thomas has multiple reports ranging from UI/UX Design to Product Business Analysts. Thomas has a passion for building core services, shared infrastructure, and centralized experiences for a greater platform experience. Finally, Thomas has been instrumental in creating standardized processes for PM and Engineering including but not limited to release processes,SDLC, and more.

I was responsible for leading the build out of our new MDR (Managed Detection and Response) service. This included overseeing the entire product development process, from ideation to launch, and ensuring that our MDR service met the needs of our customers and exceeded their expectations. I worked closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure that all aspects of the MDR service were aligned and delivered on time. I also acted as a key point of contact for our customers, providing them with updates and insights on the progress of the MDR service and addressing any concerns or feedback they had.Overall, my experience leading the build out of our new MDR service was a challenging but rewarding one. It allowed me to use my skills in product management, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement to drive the success of a critical new service for our company.

As the Director of Product Management at GoSecure, I was responsible for overseeing the development of both our new platform and our MDR (Managed Detection and Response) products and services. This included working closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and customer needs, and developing a roadmap that aligned with our company's overall strategy and goals.One of my key achievements in this role was leading the development of our new platform, which included a complete overhaul of our existing infrastructure and the introduction of several new features and capabilities. I worked closely with the engineering team to define the technical requirements and ensure that the platform met the needs of our customers, and also collaborated with marketing and sales to create a comprehensive go-to-market plan.In addition to managing the development of our new platform, I also played a key role in driving the success of our MDR products and services. This included working with the customer success team to develop best practices for managing and maintaining MDR services, and collaborating with the sales team to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Thomas is responsible and oversees the Data Security Product Line at Trustwave. This includes two products: DbProtect and AppDetectivePRO. He has led double digit growth since taking over the product line with an innovative vision and ability to execute on sales, marketing, and development. His attention to detail and drive he built Trustwave's first e-learning based training courses for sales, sales engineers, partners, and professional services. He also built a deployable scoping app for services and hardware specifications for Solutions Architect to be used as part of the quoting process. Overall, he has been able to show growth, ability to lead, and drive a great customer experience.

Thomas was one of two founding members of the Data Protection Practice. This practice was the foundation for what became Infrastructure and Endpoint Security which was recently merged into Threat Detection & Response Consulting. The original intent of the DPP was to build out a consulting practice around Data Protection utilizing the Trustwave Data Security Product Line as well as additional tools that meet the need for the consultant. Thomas's role was to facilitate and build out the products and services for the practice.

Thomas was a Managing Consultant of Professional Services For North America and US Federal Government. He led the implementation, architecture, and advanced onsite troubleshooting for Trustwave dropship products and services.Thomas also led Customer Care and Relationship Management for Trustwave Government Solutions. He ensured that the clients are treated with the utmost care. When problems arise he made certain they are resolved efficiently and to the client's satisfaction. He was also the top Subject Matter Expert in Database Security for Trustwave. He helped facilitate needs internally with pre-sales through completed installations of the products. With customers he built multiple database vulnerability management programs & policies as well as managed deployments of securing hundreds of thousands of databases.

Architecture, Installation, and Configuration of Trustwave security products. Specialties included Security Information & Event Monitoring, Database Security, and Secure Web Gateway technologies. He was one of the premier subject matter experts in database security for Trustwave. His knowledge in federal regulations, secure policies, and rights management have helped secure Government and Commercial clients.

Thomas administered and maintained a Linux environment for a Security Incident Enterprise Management system. He also developed and maintained the SIEM using innovative techniques and programming additional connectors into the system. He also consulted on techniques and events related to the enterprise network.

Thomas maintained the operation of over 50 RHEL servers that fulfill roles for Authoritative and Cache DNS, DHCP, Apache, Postfix, Squirrelmail, SQL, and Radius for the internet service provider side of Farmers Telephone Cooperative. He also supported their IPTV product based on Microsoft Mediaroom. Mediaroom consists of over 65 Windows servers that have numerous functions such as IIS, MSSQL, Distribution, and Acquisition. He also solely maintained the consumer facing WIFI product deployed all over Sumter County. He used his programming strength to provide constant innovation and cost reduction in their ISP, Television, and Cellular Phone divisions.
