Swisher's core services include ware-washing, saniservice, linen, and a wide variety of manufactured and distributed specialty chemicals underpinning these services. Swisher was built through the acquisition of 165 small companies purchased over 6-7 years in various industries to create a national footprint for these service offerings.

Grew to $1.6B by early 2011 through four (4) acquisitions and the merger with Snyder’s of Hanover. Operated a large DSD network of over 3,000 routes. Manufacturing operations in the U.S. and Canada. Branded products include Lance, Cape Cod, Archway, Stella Dora, Brent & Sam’s, Snyder’s, Kruncher’s, Jay’s, and Tom’s. Member of the senior executive team reporting to the CEO, directly responsible for manufacturing, distribution, logistics, procurement engineering, contract manufacturing, QA, and R&D.

Operated a 500-route DSD network. Member of the senior executive team reporting to the CEO, directly responsible for manufacturing, procurement, distribution, logistics, R&D, quality, and engineering.

Led an operations team that supported two DSD sales regions making over 18K sales calls daily, generating over $900MM annual sales of well known brands such as; Lay’s, Ruffle’s, Doritos, Fritos, Cheeto’s, and Tostitos. Interfaced with Frito Lay’s Canadian business team as these businesses overlapped. Shared P&L responsibility with the two (2) Region Business Teams in New England and New York, directly responsible for manufacturing, distribution, logistics, quality, engineering, and sales operations.
