Vapotherm Access was a digital health application that provided remote patient monitoring and nurse triage services for COPD patients. The platform identified changes in symptoms, facilitated interventions, and connected patients to healthcare professionals to reduce the risk of COPD exacerbations and hospitalizations.Key Projects: • Expanded app to become an ecosystem platform designed to enable patient access to multiple service providers such as urgent care, medication delivery and management, telehealth, and screenings.• Led UX team to research and design a new patient engagement experience that simplified the original app workflows and encouraged positive behaviors and habit development.
