As an "Interventionist" within this dynamic crisis relief organization I was tasked with being of my greatest service to those in critical need - an experience that awarded me a human behavioral education that I cannot measure with traditional metrics. As a "Case Manager" I found the tremendous opportunities for improvements from a lens society broad & systemwide. Through campaigning with a major lending institution I orchestrated the funding portfolio, designed the lending products in order to fulfill the buyer & sellers needs in the newly formed Apartment-to-Condominium conversion space.Created a book of business that fostered This collaboration allowed for the buyer to buy and the seller to sell what was then unwarrantable property. I rapidly discontinued this professional path after discovering the trajectory the majority of this industry was on.
