The facility I served was the San Francisco ARC - Adult Rehabilitation Center, a frontline urban recovery resource. As an "Interventionist" within this dynamic crisis relief organization I was tasked with being of my greatest service to those in critical need - an experience that awarded me a human behavioral education that I cannot measure with traditional metrics. As a "Case Manager" I found the tremendous opportunities for improvements from a lens society broad & systemwide. As a "Therapist" I learned a great deal about being human and discovered our universal interconnected needs to be a valued life participant. Developed highly effective marketing channels in a local market that was challenged by severe economic downturns - ranked in the top five worst U.S. Markets during the financial lending crisis.Drastically increased sales (^60%) by implementing specialized highly targeted marketing campaigns within maven-rich social segments. Created and implemented out-of-market campaigns that generated sales outside of our territory that produced higher profitability via lower operational costs.

Founded in 1988, Academy Mortgage is one of the nation's largest and most respected independent mortgage lenders. Spearheaded a project for a specialized arena of residential & commercial real property mortgage products. Through campaigning with a major lending institution I orchestrated the funding portfolio, designed the lending products in order to fulfill the buyer & sellers needs in the newly formed Apartment-to-Condominium conversion space.Created a book of business that fostered This collaboration allowed for the buyer to buy and the seller to sell what was then unwarrantable property. I rapidly discontinued this professional path after discovering the trajectory the majority of this industry was on.

Founded and established a non-profit 501(C)3 corporation of golf course hosted golf schools for for Junior Players within the national network under the umbrella of the Junior Players Golf Association, Inc.A Junior Golf Publication, USGA, PGA, U.S. Department of Education accredited learning program. Labor of love that built from scratch - from authoring the business plan & 200pg. instructional curriculum, resourced funding (tier 1 startup - through - investor exit) management and full development of national site network, recruitment, program implementation.A major manufacturing golf brand to sign into a licensing contract with full rights of use of their brand/logo/image/name – at zero cost to organization.
