Datacenter locations were on and off-premise, in a scalable highly virtualized & hybridcloud solution.The infrastructure included Azure services, 365 unified communication solutions, call center platform, distributed antenna system among other things related to Line of Business, Administration, Powerplants, and Utility Operations. Around 1.400 users and some parts of the operations were regulated by authorities due to the NIS directive and CIS controls.Owning projects and joined several Steering committees of various Infrastructure projects, supporting the utilities of the City of Copenhagen and 7 municipalities.

Head of IT Operations at Danish Commerce and Companies Agency, now merged into the Danish Business Authority. The responsibility consisted of independent management, responsibility for employees and strategic leadership within IT operations, systems management and support. I reported and referred to the board. Technical responsibilities, and head of:• Incident- problem- and change management processes.• Backup/restore and SAN, both disk and tape storage.• Active / Passive datacenter, dark site and utilities.• Archiving and document supervision • MS and Linux Servers • Workplace management• Telephony and mobile devices• Intrusion detection and prevention systems• Helpdesk SPOC of the IT department.• All levels of IT support and service management.• IT budgeting and purchase. • Media contact and public relations regarding the agency IT operations.Furthermore i worked in close relation with application- project- and service delivery managers, vendors, contractors, authorities and stakeholders surrounding the IT environment.I furthermore worked on:• Changing parts of the prequalification guidelines to match future IT operations, management and reporting within the agency's terms and systems, rather than the vendors default.• Risk analyzing on all systems and networking components, and review of the patch- and operations policy.• Activated a security-, monitoring-, desktop- and production system modernization.As a member of the senior management group, i worked in close relation with authorities and the board, in common effort to serve the political processes. Responsible of unraveling and report on behalf of all IT operations.I supported the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency transformation into the digital future, according to the governments 2015 modernization program.

IT Support Manager at the Hospital. The manager role consisted of independent leadership and responsibility for employees, trainees and a CSR positions. I managed the attraction, recruiting, retention and dismissal of employees within the IT Support. Maintained and managed people skills development, related to individual job functions and responsibilities among the IT specialists. IT Operations GII1 Denmark. Different jobfunctions and responsibilites over the years from 1 to 3 level IT support, roles within projects, operations, systems monitoring and servicemanagement.This includes datacenter and backups facilities.

All sorts of security work at different levels, including VIP and covert operations.

Served in UN and NATO missions. 2 Brigade HQ COYs and Main Battle Tanks.

Patrol guard and responding to alarms, supervised by security monitoring centres. This was fieldwork on my own, mostly at night. Occasionally i brought a K9.

Metalsmith and welder. All sorts of traditionally smiths jobs, both building new, fitting and repair of industrial installations. I mostly welded krane sections for Krøll Cranes for russian export, and burners for Danish coal powerplants made of special Hardox steel. I also welded all the mounts for the suspensions of the stairs and landings, hanging at the planetarium in Copenhagen.
