I enjoy helping people answer the big questions and solve the big problems. Investing can be scary and handling money can be complicated and I am here to work with you every step of the way. I look forward to that moment when a client understands that they have found someone who they can trust for the rest of their lives; someone who will help to take care of their retirement money, their spouse, and their kids--someone who they can rely on until the end. I like the work and I am committed to building lasting multigenerational relationships with my clients. I have been passionate about the field for years and feel as if becoming a Financial Advisor was almost predestined.Part of what we do is analytical, but the most important work a financial advisor does is listen, know their client and be present. On top of that, this career requires an incredible commitment. When I became a financial advisor I felt that I could do it and do it well—and I still feel that to this day. I work extremely hard to learn about our clients. We lead them through very important planning-based conversations. Once the goals are defined and an accurate inventory of assets, liabilities and risk tolerance is determined, we build a low-cost, tactical ETF model that is geared to provide the return the plan calls for--with the minimum amount of risk taken. I aim to not only guide my clients through their financial decisions, but to educate them wherever possible.Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters. I also stay active in my community by volunteering and donating to local charities such as the Second Harvest of Spokane, Rescue4All, Gonzaga University and Friends of Manito. I began my career in the financial services field in 1998 and have been with the firm since 2016.
